Plaster workshop
The Plaster workshop at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf offers students the opportunity to realize their own ideas primarily using the plastic materials plaster, clay, wax, concrete, and silicone. The necessary artistic strategies and working processes, such as the procedures for model or original production, mold construction, and casting, are conveyed alongside the practice.
The impartation of technical and craft skills and the artistic-theoretical knowledge takes place through individual supervision of student projects.
